This VLO support program, designed for a team of 4 to 8 people, will enable the leadership team to articulate its vision of progress, ensuring it incorporates projects, skills, and individual potentials, translating into ambition for all.
- By better understanding the interactions between team members and how these interactions influence decision-making, time management, and stress handling.
- By identifying existing team norms that, unknowingly to each, either facilitate creative team functioning or have become obstacles to effective collaboration.
- By applying this same development approach with their own team.
The Vision Leadership and Opportunities approach is based on iLead™ methodologies and takes place in 4 steps:
- A mission framework with the company and the team leader to understand the context, the team’s mission, and the results to be achieved. A presentation of the approach will be made to the team.
- Individual interviews with each participant to discover their iLead™ Signature (1) and better understand their functioning modes through iLead™ drivers and barriers.
- A team working session to build and share the team’s growth vision.
- Starting from the current reality, the group will identify the team’s main functioning patterns and map the team’s current norms. They will then identify the key success factors for the team.
