Reward training for managers
The aim of this training course is to enable managers to anticipate and resolve critical management situations linked to pay.
The first stage consists of providing the manager with the level of information required for the whole rewards system and their teams so that they are able to adopt it and explain the various existing tools:
- Why incentivise?
- What pays expertise?
- What creates team dynamics?
- What can it effect?
This knowledge then helps manage senstive situations on reward payments.
The learning methodology targets effectiveness through role-play that helps quickly identify the challenges to then take the right descisions.
Prior to the training, we carry out a mini-appraisal to study your rewards strategy (tools, groups, targets) and to identify the benchmark attitudes in line with the strategy, as well as the company's economic and sociological culture.back
