The purpose of the iLead™ IMPACT survey is to provide the team leader with information on their leadership behaviour, as viewed by their team members. 

These observations are then compared to the team leader's own perception, who answered the same questionnaire. The survey is conducted through an online questionnaire and focuses on specific leadership behaviours. It uses a process to ensure the views expressed remain confidential. These conditions help make the results as reliable as possible.
